SERVICE DELIVERY
At KEY TO THE CODE, all of our services are digital and delivered virtually. Once the payment has been confirmed, our team will contact you within a maximum period of 48 working hours to start the process of implementing the contracted service.
The delivery of the services is carried out through previously agreed digital platforms, and the development of the project is carried out progressively according to the objectives defined together with the client. It is critical that the client provides the requested information in a timely manner, as lead times are directly dependent on the client's collaboration and availability.
Es fundamental que el cliente proporcione la información solicitada de manera oportuna, ya que los plazos de ejecución dependen directamente de la colaboración y disponibilidad del cliente. Cualquier retraso causado por falta de respuesta, documentación incompleta o cambios sustanciales en los requerimientos puede afectar el calendario de entrega, sin que esto implique incumplimiento por parte de KEY TO THE CODE.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
Right of Cancellation You have the right to cancel any service purchased within 14 calendar days, counted from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, have contracted the service with KEY TO THE CODE, without the need for justification.
How to Notify Cancellation
To exercise this right, you must contact us by email through our official channels, clearly indicating your intention to cancel the service. Although not required, we would appreciate it if you could share with us the reason for the cancellation for continuous improvement purposes.
Consequences of Cancellation
In the event of cancelling the service within the indicated period, the total amount paid will be refunded, with the exception of the administrative or technical costs incurred to offer you the service up to the date of cancellation.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless a different method is expressly agreed. You will not incur any additional charges as a result of the refund.
